I've been on the other side.
I wasn't always a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I know what it feels like to be unsure of where to start. My own transformation didn't happen overnight-it took years of trial and error, learning how to fuel my body, build strength, and shift my mindset. A true lifestyle change. That journey is what drives me to help others avoid the confusion and finally get results that last.
